As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced, entrepreneurial individuals who can help expand brand awareness, drive traffic, create content, and generate sales through their own marketing efforts.

Position Overview

As an E-commerce Growth Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own marketing strategies to promote products and generate sales.

You will receive access to affiliate tracking tools, approved brand assets, product information, content resources, and marketing materials. Beyond that, you will have the flexibility to determine how you market and promote the brand.

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who understand ecommerce, affiliate marketing, content creation, social media marketing, SEO, online sales, or digital marketing.

This is not a traditional employee position. We are looking for proactive individuals who can work independently, execute their own strategies, and generate results.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through your affiliate link and discount code
• Create and publish content on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, blogs, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and execute your own marketing strategies
• Identify new traffic sources and customer acquisition opportunities
• Create Pinterest boards, social media content, and promotional campaigns
• Submit blog content and content ideas for publication
• Recruit creators, affiliates, and potential brand partners
• Promote products to relevant audiences and communities
• Provide periodic performance reports and updates
• Suggest growth opportunities, marketing ideas, and process improvements
• Represent the brand professionally and ethically

Requirements

• Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, ecommerce, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, or online sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Reporting Structure

This is an independent contractor opportunity.

Partners are expected to manage their own schedules, workflows, and promotional activities. Periodic performance reports may be requested covering:

• Content published
• Traffic generated
• Sales generated
• Marketing activities completed
• Opportunities identified

Compensation

• 15% commission on qualified sales generated through your affiliate link or discount code
• Unlimited earning potential
• No commission cap
• Performance-based commission increases available

Commission Growth Structure:

• 15% Base Commission
• 18% After 10 Confirmed Sales
• 20% After 25 Confirmed Sales
• 25% After 50 Confirmed Sales

Additional incentives and opportunities may be introduced as the program grows.
